These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SwiftCredit's website and services. Please read them carefully. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Our service
SwiftCredit is a registered trade name (DBA) of JSimon Holdings LLC, with its principal place of business at 210 S Dixie Hwy, Suite 3, Lake Worth, FL 33460. SwiftCredit, a DBA of JSimon Holdings LLC is a credit repair organization as defined by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We review the credit reports you upload and prepare personalized dispute and settlement letters for you to send to the credit bureaus and creditors yourself.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not and cannot guarantee any specific credit score change, item removal, or timeline. Only inaccurate, unverifiable, or improperly reported items may be removed under federal law. Accurate, current negative information cannot legally be erased from your credit report.
Payment
We authorize your card at checkout but do not charge you until your letters are reviewed and ready for your download. You will see the exact price of your tier plus any add-ons before authorizing.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your contract, without penalty or obligation, within three business days of signing. See our Cancellation Rights Notice for details.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing your plan, mailing your letters (unless you purchase concierge mailing), and communicating truthful, accurate information to us. You may dispute inaccurate information in your credit file yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftCredit's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
