Contact information you provide (name, email, phone, mailing address), the credit reports you upload, and basic usage data necessary to operate the service.

We use your information to review your credit reports, prepare your letters, process payment, communicate with you about your order, and comply with our legal obligations under CROA and other applicable laws. We do not sell your data.
Who has access
Trained members of our team who prepare your letters, our payment processor (Stripe), and service providers we use to run the site. Each is bound by confidentiality obligations appropriate to the data they handle.
Retention
We retain your reports and letters only as long as required to deliver your service and to meet our recordkeeping obligations under applicable law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
