How it works
The whole process, start to finish.
Eight clear steps. One flat price, paid once. A human on our team reviews your case before any letter goes out or your card is charged. Here's exactly what happens.
- Step 01
Create your account
Sign up with your email and tell us a bit about yourself — name, address, and how to reach you. Takes about two minutes. No card required.
- Step 02
Upload your credit reports
Pull your three-bureau reports from annualcreditreport.com — Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion — and upload the PDFs. All three matter, because items often appear on one bureau and not another. A partial picture leads to a partial plan.
annualcreditreport.com is the only site authorized under federal law to give you free credit reports — weekly, from all 3 bureaus, permanently. Watch out for lookalike sites — several “free credit report” sites are paid upsells in disguise, including freecreditreport.com, which is not the official one.
- Step 03
We analyze your file
Our system reads every account across all three bureaus and classifies each one: items to dispute, items to pursue settlement on, items to leave alone (some negative items are better left to age off naturally under federal law than disturbed), and accounts already in good standing that don't need any action. You'll see the reasoning on each line.
- Step 04
You choose your plan
Review your full assessment and pick the tier that matches your situation. Transparent one-time pricing — nothing hidden, nothing recurring, no surprise renewal.
- Step 05
A real person reviews your case
Every case goes through live review by our team before any letter is sent or your card is charged. Not just an algorithm — an actual person checking accuracy, tone, and the specifics of your file. This is core to how we work, not a marketing line.
Real practice — not marketing
- Step 06
Your card is charged only when letters are ready
Authorization happens at signup so we can complete the work. The actual charge fires only after our team has reviewed your letters and they're ready to send. If we can't help, you're not charged.
Real practice — not marketing
- Step 07
You get your letters, ready to mail
The full package arrives as printable PDFs with clear instructions — which envelope goes where, why certified mail is recommended, and what to expect back. Bureaus have 30 days to respond by law. Creditor and collector responses on settlements vary in timing.
- Step 08
Track everything in your portal
Log in any time to see your ledger, download letters again, log responses from creditors, and follow the status of your case. Your data stays yours.
Individual results vary — we don't guarantee a specific score outcome or the removal of any specific item.
Ready when you are.
Free preview. No card. See your assessment before you decide anything.
